Meet Brooke.

Brooke Henderson (she/her)

While you cannot change your past or the events you’ve experienced, you can transform your relationship with these memories and move forward with the right tools and a renewed sense of hope.

Whether addressing anxiety, trauma, or personal development goals, my therapeutic practice emphasizes a holistic approach to support clients. I have an interest and focus in blending traditional talk therapy with creative interventions to create a safe and nurturing environment. I believe in an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, client centered, attachment-based, IFS informed approach.

Combining traditional talk therapy with creative interventions, I help clients uncover new perspectives, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience. Whether you need tools to manage anxiety, depression, or stress, explore your identity, process day-to-day events, or improve relationships, I’m here to listen, support and hold space for your explorations.
